The hotel's rooms were lovely, but my single room was not good. It had a bad smell, a non-working TV, and a lot of noise coming from the adjacent rooms, especially through the door. Additionally, there was not enough space in the room, and the shower was very, very small. The location, however, was lovely, in a quiet neighborhood close to bus stops and underground stations.

I booked a standard room at this hotel, and overall my stay was superb. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, always checking in to make sure everything was okay, which was particularly reassuring as I was visiting with my mother for the Chelsea Flower Show. The location was just perfect for the festival in Hyde Park, although a bit far from the stations with children and luggage. The dining experience was outstanding with a great selection, and the facilities were amazing.
